About our properties
We offer a range of 1-4 bedroom rental units between $1500-$3500 per month. The majority of our units are within the Savannah historic district and within walking distance to parks, shopping, SCAD, River Street and the downtown nightlife. Lawn care is included for all single-family houses unless otherwise stated in the lease.
Leasing Information
Application Fee: $175 per applicant (includes Credit and Background Check)
Security Deposit: $1500-3500, depending on unit (one month's rent)
Pet Policy: No aggressive breeds or reptiles permitted
No pets over 40 lbs. | No more than 2 pets per unit
$700 per pet non-refundable deposit
Renters Insurance: Required. All residents are required to obtain and keep a current apartment renters insurance policy and to provide a copy to management.
